Preparing for Your Body Sculpting Session

To help you achieve the best possible results from your body sculpting treatment, please review the following guidelines before your appointment:

Stay Hydrated

Proper hydration is essential for optimal results. Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your treatment to help support your body's natural processes.

Limit Caffeine and Avoid Alcohol

For best results, reduce caffeine intake and avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours before your appointment. We also recommend continuing to limit caffeine and avoid alcohol for 48 hours after your treatment.

Eat Clean and Light

Enjoy a light, nutritious meal before your session. Avoid heavy, greasy, or highly processed foods, as they can leave you feeling uncomfortable during treatment. Maintaining healthy eating habits for several days afterward can also help support your results.

Wear Comfortable Clothing

Please arrive in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area and keeps you comfortable throughout your appointment.

Exfoliate the Treatment Area

Gently exfoliate the area being treated the day before your session. This helps remove dead skin cells and allows the treatment to work more effectively.

Avoid Lotions and Oils

On the day of your appointment, do not apply lotions, oils, creams, or other skincare products to the treatment area.

Get Plenty of Rest

A good night's sleep before your session can help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and ready for treatment.

Support Your Results

Following your appointment, you will be asked to:

  • Wear a compression garment for at least 8 hours per day.

  • Complete a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise after your treatment.

  • Continue drinking plenty of water and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits.

  • Your first compression garment will be provided at your appointment.

I look forward to helping you reach your body contouring goals!

Post-Treatment Care Instructions

Congratulations on taking the next step in your body contouring journey! Following these guidelines after your Cavitation, Radio Frequency, or Wood Therapy treatment will help maximize your results and support your body's natural detoxification process.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Drink at least 2–3 liters of water daily following your treatment. Proper hydration helps your body flush out released fat cells and toxins more effectively.

Follow a Healthy Diet

For the first 48 hours after treatment:

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and sugary foods and beverages.

  • Focus on lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole foods.

  • Continue making healthy food choices to support your body's fat elimination process.

Stay Active

Movement helps stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage.

  • Walk for at least 30 minutes immediately following your treatment.

  • Avoid unusually intense or strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours, you may return to your regular exercise routine.

Wear Your Compression Garment

Compression garments help support the treated area and minimize swelling.

  • Wear your compression garment for at least 8 hours per day, or as directed.

  • Consistent use can help enhance your results and improve comfort.

Massage the Treatment Area

Gentle massage can help improve circulation and assist the body in eliminating waste and toxins.

Take Care of Your Skin

For the first 48 hours:

  • Avoid hot baths, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms.

  • Keep the treated area clean and moisturized.

  • Use a quality moisturizer to maintain skin hydration and elasticity.

  • Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds on the treated area.

  • Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen if the area will be exposed.

  • Do not use heating pads, hot water bottles, or other heat sources on the treated area.

Stay Consistent With Your Treatment Plan

Body sculpting results are cumulative. Following your recommended treatment schedule and healthy lifestyle habits will help you achieve the best possible outcome.
